We’re so excited to have you here and truly honoured that you’ve chosen our space as part of your creative journey.
The Studio by Blended Living was thoughtfully designed to support intentional branding, elevated visuals, and meaningful first impressions. Whether you’re creating content, capturing product imagery, or building your brand presence, our goal is to provide a space that feels inspiring, seamless, and professional from the moment you walk in.
Please review the following agreement carefully, as it outlines the studio rules, policies, and expectations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties.
STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Studio bookings are charged on an hourly basis unless otherwise stated.
Booking time includes setup, shooting, and cleanup. Late departures may result in additional charges if availability allows.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a studio booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
3. USE OF STUDIO
The studio is intended for branding sessions, product photography, headshots, and creative content creation.
Events, workshops, parties, or large-scale productions are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Studio rental includes use of the space only.
All photography equipment, lighting, backdrops, props, and production materials must be supplied by the Renter. The Studio by Blended Living does not provide cameras, lighting, or technical equipment unless explicitly booked as a separate service.
Guests are welcome to use items within the main studio space as part of their session, provided all items are returned to their original placement prior to the end of the booking.
4. CAPACITY
Maximum occupancy is 6 people unless prior approval is granted.
The Renter is responsible for all guests present during the booking.
5. CARE OF SPACE & CONTENTS
Furniture and props may be moved with care and must be returned to their original placement at the end of the session.
Any damage to the studio, furniture, walls, flooring, or equipment caused during the booking will be billed to the Renter.
6. CLEANUP
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
Excessive mess, improper cleanup, or misuse of the space may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
7. FOOD, DRINK & SAFETY
Light food and beverages are permitted.
Alcohol, smoking, open flames, candles, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
8. CHILDREN & PETS
Children must be supervised at all times.
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
9. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Renter assumes all responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the booking.
Blended Living is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the studio.
10. IN-HOUSE CREATIVE SERVICES DISCLAIMER
The Studio by Blended Living may provide access to in-house creative professionals, including but not limited to photography, hair styling, makeup artistry, and branding or creative direction. These services are offered by independent contractors and are not operated, employed, or managed by Blended Living.
All arrangements, communication, pricing, payments, and agreements related to in-house creative services are made directly between the booking party and the individual service provider.
Blended Living is not responsible or liable for the performance, conduct, quality of services, scheduling, cancellations, or outcomes related to any third-party or in-house creative services.
Any issues, disputes, or claims arising from the use of these services must be addressed directly with the service provider.
Agreement Execution & Confirmation
Once your studio booking is made, this Agreement will be emailed to you for electronic signature. The Agreement must be reviewed and signed in full in order for your booking to be confirmed and held. Failure to complete the e-signature may result in cancellation of the reservation.
